J'ai bien reçu ma commande a temps mais je me suis rendu compte qu'il me manquait l'embout rond . J'ai communiquer avec la cie, la personne à été très aimable et m'a dit qu'elle pourrait me rembourser cette embout. Je ne voulais pas être rembourser je voulais l'embout rond car j'ai adorée ce crayon qui est rendu mon crayon préféré. Et tel que demander ils m'ont retourner l'embout rond . Bravo encore une fois à cette compagnie qui font que leur client soit très content. Et soyez assurer que si j'ai besoin d'un autre crayon. Je vais retourner à cette compagnie Merci

This is my second benote pen for diamond painting, yes they are a little heavier, however they are very comfortable to hold, even for a long crafting session. The tips are the best I have used, the single placer tip is fine...not at all chunky! Lovely to have the tip selection bit of a shame they are not all metal tips, but would still definitely replace if I ever need to. I ordered the blue pen, as the purple wasn't available then which is a real shame as purple is my favourite colour. The light is also very good on this pen, lights up the canvas well! Love it!...I will get myself a purple one, one day!

This is my favorite stylus for diamond painting. It has the weight and feel of a quality ball point pen. The threaded connections are nice and connect the various nibs securely. It comes with both a square and round metal single placer that are a nice sleek design. The square placer is a nice touch and actually helps with accurate placement for me. It also comes with some plastic (with metal threads) multiplacers that have worked well for me. There are additional metal multiplacers available for sale separately that I am also trying. I did not buy this for the light but use it in occasion and it is a fun touch. I am not sure how long batteries would last if you used this all the time with the light on though. It does come with extra batteries. Customer service is also responsive. This would be 100 percent perfect if “thin” style multiplacers came with it or were available for purchase.

Arrived this morning (wednesday) a few days earlier than expected which is always nice lol the lights switch is a little dodgy but once you find the sweet spot it's great! So bright i no longer need my craft light on 😀. I read in the other reviews you couldn't change the tip on the lights end (read after I purchased) which sucked as I use the angled end as works better for my carpal tunnel but it turns out you can change both ends thankfully. I also like the fact that they send the pen with an extra set of batteries! Not sure how long they last but I have been using the pen constantly for the last 2 1/2 hours and it's still going strong. Have a few products from this seller now and none have disappointed! Would have been a 5 star if it wasnt for the dodgy switch but Over all excellent pen! *EDIT* So today is Friday, within 24 hours of using the pen I found that the fault wasn't a dodgy switch but a dodgy connection due to the top half (non light side) of the pen keeps 'popping off'. It doesn't come completely off but loose and have to keep screwing it on but it doesn't tighten up properly just pops loose again. Don't get me wrong it doesn't particularly stop the light working but it is definitely annoying. Everything I said above still stands its still a great pen (holding the pen lower down reduces it lossening) but the screw fastening where the batteries goes definitely needs looking at.
