The alarm is easy to set up. It has three volume settings: loud, loudest, and hearing damage!! To silence the alarm there's a big button on the front or you can use the app from your phone. This alarm is especially useful for anyone in your home- for us it's an essential addition because we don't always have our phones nearby.

In my opinion siren is very loud, afterall it's indoor use. So depends where you installed you may want to lower the volume. Connection wise no issues. Great product.

Works well, easy install, loud enough.

I have a hotel that has been closed for almost a year due to Covid. Trying to keep unauthorized people off of the hotel grounds have been a challenge. The YoLink product line has been a great tool to ensure that my staff notices when someone enters the property. I have numerous motion sensors around the property as well as a few sirens. My use of the siren is to manually activate it (through the app) when and unauthorized person enters the property to hopefully have them turn around and leave the property without having a staff member have to go out and confront them. It works perfectly! The auto-alarm function works perfectly but there are too many activations from authorized people that it became too annoying to have it activate on its' own. This is an indoor product that I am using outdoors (out of weather elements) so there are a few issues that I have to deal with that are not the fault of the product. The batteries are not to operate the product, they are only a back-up if the power goes off. I have them areas that there is no power source so i have to change the batteries every 3 or 4 days. This is a great product!
