I bought this product for my 11 year old step daughter- she suffers horrendously with hayfever- swollen eyes, itchy eyes and throat, constant sneezing...Shes on anti-histamines but for £5 I knew i had to at least give this balm a go- the anti-histamines were taking the edge off- but she was still suffering quite badly.Shes been using this for a few weeks now and she is telling me it's working really well for her- it's not a cure- but it does tone down some of the symptoms.The cream is supposed to catch the pollen before it hits the nose/eyes. Its a Vaseline type texture- scent free and easy enough to apply and doesn't irritate her when she wears it.I'm not sure if this a placebo effect as like I say shes only 11 or if it's really toning down the symptoms- but for her it works and I wouldn't hesitate in buying more.

Great product, if used properly. Keeps the suffering down to a minimum. Would not be without it. Been using it for a few years now.

Hard to say if this works or not.used for normal allergies and no change in symptoms.may work in hay fever season.

My wife tried everything to ease her hay fever , this helped a lot, a bit pricey but it’s worth it, you only use a little at a time.

This is so much better than using Vaseline for hayfever as it’s thinner and works just as well it’s been a life saver combined with other bits as I have been really struggling this year more so my eyes so I have been putting a tiny amount of this around my eyes and it helps and stops them from feeling so dry.

Haymax works really well but the size of the actual product is really small and not worth the £8 price tag. The lid is the same size as the old pots but the actual pot is extremely small and the plastic cunningly designed to give the illusion of value. Such a shame as the product is good. I will avoid in future.

Pollen barrier for hayfever. Very small tub. Has a slight smell but it goes away quick once applied. Is greedy looking so only apply a little bit
