These 10-32 rack screws are exactly what I needed for my server rack. They’re solid, well-threaded, and fit perfectly without any stripping or issues.

Have not used this yet but this kind is what I like to use. Like the end so you can push it in and the start screwing them in. That way you can't get crossed over.

They work as intended! The drive hole might be a bit softer than I had hoped, more prone to rounding, but good pressure negates the possible issue.
