Q: does this have inline mic?

This product does not have a mic built in, no.

Q: what is difference between the eartips that came with it?

As a hole there's not much difference in the construction of them. The solid black ones ars made from a rubber material and the other ones are from a silicon base. The rubber is a little more grippy than the silicon and you may fill the difference while trying to put them in. The biggest difference in the tips are the shape and the height. The side profile will indicate a little taller more bullet shape for the white ones and a shorter more rounded shape for the red and the black ones. These tips are pretty standard for most all iem's and are very serviceable and there's no sound difference from one to the other. The most important objective at this point is to find a size and shape that gives you a good seal and is comfortable to wear for more than just a few minutes. If none of these tips work for you I will be glad to give some recommendations as to the best of my knowledge. All ears are different, so there's no one perfect answer but we can probably get close.
