I was hesitant at first because of the price but I should've just bought it asap instead of thinking for so long that my poor elder kitty ended up with an infection & I ended up with a vet bill & topicals & wipes from the vet that just made her skin more raw & still full of blackheads. After everything else not working I FINALLY caved and bought this and it helped immediately. The brush is the best thing ever! If you don't want to buy the whole kit, definitely buy the brush (I've never tried the brush without the cleaner though so idk if it'll work as well without it). I used the kit every day for about 2 weeks until she was completely clear cos it was bad & now I just check her periodically, and if I notice any starting to creep back (it'll be like a few months) I give her a "spa treatment" with this for a few days & she's great!Yes, I've changed her food and water bowls, no more plastic. Idk why she gets blackheads. All I know is this stuff works to get rid of them every time!

the combination of the silicone brush and this cleanser really works well for my cat, who has a little seedy black patch underneath her chin. the vet prescribed benzoyl peroxide, but she hated the smell and it didn't really do anything. now that I have this cleanser and the accompanying brush, I make it part of her grooming routine and she's happy! and her chin stays clear. no offensive scent and my cat doesn't react to it at all. great product!

This got rid of my cat's blackheads pretty quick, and since I am using metal bowls now, they haven't come back. Four stars because it was a bit pricey.

Take my advice and just visit your vet instead of buying products like this off of Amazon and using them on your cat. My cat just had black heads initially and within 2 days of using this product he had big red pimples and his skin was irritated and red. I had to take him to the vet because he couldn't stop scratching, it was so bad that his chin was bleeding everywhere and is now one big scab that needs to heal. I would guess its the actual cleaning solution that irritated his skin, but it could also be the brush. I think the soft pads were fine. Instead I got medicated cleaning pads from the vet that seem to be helping, I wish I would have just done that first instead of using this product.

Ok. Nice little brush included. Liquid Black Seed wash didn’t seem to completely clear my cat’s chin acne after 4 treatments. Didn’t bother her, however.

This is a good starting point for removing the black acne around your pet's mouth. I hadn't realized how much had dunked up on my cat until I deep-dived with this product. It does NOT removed it all in one treatment, so you do have to build it into a routine to get all the black yuck out. The product nor the silicone utensils that I bought separately seem to bother or cause reactions on my cat, which is good, even though she's not entirely pleased with it. It's very easy to use, and it's effective.
