This is an excellent source of protein that is easy to drink (only 2 ounces which is about the size of a shot glass). The ingredients are healthy and much better than other products on the market. I have also been sending this to my friends when they are sick and having trouble eating their protein requirements. With 16g of protein in 2 oz of liquid, even someone with nausea can handle this serviing size.

The taste is pretty bad! I’ve choked it down the last 3 days bc I need the protein but can’t handle drinking anymore of it just straight. I’m going to try to add to smoothies to get thru what I’ve bought but won’t purchase again!

Easy to swallow. No after taste. Better than powder.

The taste is not that bad. Good source of protein instead of a shake which is too filling for me. After reading other reviews, I thought it would be nasty and I would have to dread the little drink every morning, but really the taste is just kind of bland. It’s thick. I bought the berry

I was originally looking for a post-run collagen supplement to help my joints recover. A friend recommended this because it's also an quick and easy shot of protein (amazingly, 16 grams for only a 2-ounce shot-- so, it doesn't pack any unnecessary calories, which is great for anyone!). I work out a lot and this has made a huge difference. No need to pull out a blender post workout. Quick two-ounce shot and I'm good to go, muscles get what they need, and joints live to run another day. I can't say enough about this product. I highly recommend it for any athlete, older runner, or anyone looking for a protein post-workout blast and collagen boost without the extra calories. It's pretty tasty, too, which is a bonus.

Nutritional value may be great and high in protein, but the taste was horrible. That could be me as I am a very picky eater. I just couldn't do it.

As a caregiver to a patient with low protein status, I am always trying to incorporate new products that will improve my patients quality of life. This berry protein drink by Vidafuel delivers! It has a bit of a tangy taste to it.I would say that it has a more of an acidic flavor similar to orange juice. Sometimes I mix it with cranberry juice for a little variety. If you don’t like the overly sweet flavor of most other protein drinks this is perfect. It also does NOT leave an aftertaste ! Vidafuel is a quality protein drink loaded with nutrients and NO artificial sweeteners. What I love most is that it is owned and operated by women!!!
