When changing a car wheel have you ever found the alloy wheel seized to the steel hub? If you have you will know what a pain this can be, sometimes no end of tyre kicking will free the wheel from the hub...and then you are faced with hitting and damaging the alloy wheel itself!! If you had this dead blow hammer, one or two taps on the alloy wheel would free it without damage, I now carry it in my boot "just in case" 🚗

This is a heavy hammer. It's not for every job, but if you need something with a bit of "heft" it's just the thing. I used it to remove a stubborn wheel from my wifes car, and my friend used it to lay some paving slabs, and it was ideal for both jobs. Recommended

Pretty high quality set for the price. I needed a new set for work (machinist) and figured what do I have to lose by spending less? Clearly I lost nothing! These hammers have proven useful setting parts up at work, and I keep the smaller one around the house to work on my ATVs and trucks. Buy this set
