Mystical Fire x 3 Sachets

I have an outdoor burner and with the cold weather upon us, I decided to make use of the burner and the garden (which is normally neglected at this time of year) So I have my fairy lights on and the burner going and decided to try out this so called mystical fire, well it took and age to actually light and get going but when it did it was very pretty and my daughter and her pal were very excited and thrilled with it.It is very nice as a novel idea and I would buy it again, given the enthusiasm from the kids. it's not quite as colourful as I expected but nonetheless t is nice and adds, I guess a mystical ish look to the fire. For the money it's a great bot of fun.

Use these for the kids ar Xmas when they put their letter to santa into the fire to go to lapland.I secretly put it in the envelope and watch their faces. Looks great and the kids are immersed. Can't put a price on memories like that.

At first I thought they were a bit of a waste of time however they came through, give them time and the colours they produce are great, I put one sachet on my fire and it kept flickering blues greens and purples for the three hours we were watching. Very much worth the purchase.

We used this at Christmas night in our firebasket. Just what was wanted for a festive bit of fun. Great colours in the flames.

Lovely product but didn’t really last and wasn’t that effective

We used for a small fire pit wood fire. The effect was good but we had to use more than the recommended 3 packets to get an overall 'mystical fire', about 6. This is as the sachets go straight onto the fire rather than the contents sprinkled on, distributing to gain an overall effect requires many sachets. For anything larger than a fire pit consider doubling the quantity of your order to avoid disappointment. This could make your fire quite expensive and something for special occasions not sitting out every night in the summer.

I gave this to my dad who works for the National Trust and is in charge of bonfires - the first packet didn't work at all, but the second one was great with lots of different coloured flames. He did say something about the optimum temperature of the bonfire, so the first packet wasn't at fault, I think the fire just wasn't hot enough. I can't comment about using it in a domestic fireplace...
