Nice product. It's a paper box. Not a round container like as shown in the picture. Cup is soft and comfortable. Wash are having nice fragrance. Go for it.

It was my first time using a cup.. I struggled placing it properly for the first few times as even after insertion the cup wouldn't open and there's no pop sound or feel as everyone here claims.. I did not hear or feel a pop sound, not even once.. if I could feel the cup when standing that is how I know the cup hasn't been placed properly, it hasn't opened... On my first day of period I was having slight cramps and I wasn't sure if this is due to period or the cup (I rarely get cramps) so the first day was a bit uncomfortable ... Rest of my period went smoothly (except the times when i had to remove-empty-reinsert it because that took a few minutes since I'm still learning how to insert and place it properly) Also I could actually feel the stem near my opening.. it ain't painful but I can feel it .. I don't think I'm gonna switch back to pads though... Ever... I have never liked the constant feel of the pad and the slight wetness.. cups are much much better...
