If your are like most folks and enjoy or are able to rest after a long day of work, at the factory or office or literally wherever you are employed, then you likely have a bed and a pillow. This is not a normal pillow for regular sleeping. It is a specialty pillow for people who suffer from neck pain Note that this pillow is not treatment for neck injury. No way! Go to your doctor if you have a neck injury!! But if you find sleeping at night with a big fluffy pillow under your head and neck uncomfortable then try this pillow out! Does it cure every ache and pain from sieving two herniated discs in my neck? No. Does it make me better able to sleep at night? So far it has helped. Item arrived in a box I opened up the box The pillow was compressed wrapped in plastic I recommend removing the pillow from the plastic wrapper I read the instructions You should too Let the pillow “decompress” before using I waited a few hours It’s foam didn’t smell I placed it inside a clean pillow case (not supplied by vendor, I bought my own elsewhere) Later that night I became tired and I thought going to bed to sleep would be the best thing to do. First thing I noticed was the recess in the pillow wasn’t for saving rh manufacturer money in materials or lack thereof it was to permit your neck and head to have some space to relax This is a good thing for me! For you? I don’t know you so I will say this- try it! It’s a it like having a personal masseuse in bed? I don’t think so Is it like having a chef waiting to cook you a hot meal if your choosing ? Definitely not Buts nice pillow It doesn’t heat up It doesn’t get cold It doesn’t have a motor inside to vibrate It is just a pillow A nice pillow Soft yet firm Comfy I would say Can you take it on an airline flight? I guess you could if you flew in a private jet all the time but otherwise check with your airline first I can’t tell you one way or the other It’s not waterproof as I’ve seen some folks ask that question although I don’t know why. I've been using the Octifie Pillow for a little over one months. Before purchasing this pillow, at night my neck would start hurting and by morning I'd wake up with a terrible headache. I knew I needed a new pillow and looked at several options for cervical pillows. But this pillow's description described what I wanted: a pillow with support for my neck and a cavity for my head that would allow it to rest comfortably, not pushed up, but resting back in alignment. This is what you get with this pillow. I sleep on my back and sides and I'm comfortable in all positions. It provides the perfect placement needed for the neck and head for pain relief! I have not woken up once with neck pain or a headache since buying and using it. This pillow helps me sleep deeply and get a good night's sleep with less aches and overall pain. It really does. I'm 71 and I have a lot of aches and pains and if this pillow helps me, it can help everyone! When this pillow needs to be replaced, I'll buy another Octifie Cervical pillow again.

It's not quite what I was needing but for the price is a good pillow what I'm needing is quite a bit more expensive lol. But this pillow has a lot of different angles I can use it so that my neck doesn't get stiff so it's really nice. It also hasn't flattened its stayed its original shape and I have had it a couple months now. So far pretty good pillow. Just not quite what I need with my health problems. Could stand to be a tad bit softer tho

I have multiple chronic pain health conditions, including Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. My pain levels when I wake up every day are pretty day. But it had gotten to a nearly unbearable point, and I decided to try a new pillow. I've tried numerous pillows in the past looking for relief, but nothing really helped. After reading reviews, I took a chance on this one. I'm completely in love. It is THE most comfortable pillow I have ever tried, and my pain levels when I wake up are the lowest they've been in years. It took a little creativity to find what works best for me. The pillow on its own is too low for me, so I have another pillow under it. I also requested an extra insert by scanning the QR code they provide with the pillow (and which I received only a few days after I requested it), but putting the foam insert in the pillowcase, with the pillow was uncomfortable. I found that it filled in the head cradling area too much, and I woke up with some extra pain a few mornings. So I just took it out, and put it UNDER the pillow, on top of the second pillow, and it works perfectly. The area that cradles your head is so comfortable. I wear a Fitbit, and I even found that my deep and REM sleep levels increased after I started using it. I've had it for a few weeks now, and it hasn't shown any signs of wear. Everyone is different, but I'd definitely say that this pillow is worth trying. And the price is good, too! I looked at other similar pillows that were more expensive, but so far, I do not feel like I wish I had spent the extra $$ on one of those. This one works really well! Thank goodness!!!!

This pillow is what dreams are made of! I have spent a lot of time and money looking for THE pillow. They are too hard, too soft, too heavy, too high, too low... You get the idea. This pillow hits the spot! Better sleep and less shoulder pain.It's comfy and supportive whether I'm on my side or back. Be sure to let it air off for 24 hours like the instructions say. Going to buy 3 more!

Fairly comfortable and holds shape well, but my husband gave it up for a less expensive pillow. I still wake with a headache and stiff neck. Not a solution for us, unfortunately.

When I bought this pillow. I felt it really helped but almost a year down the line, I'm finding it the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever had. My neck and back pain are really bad in the mornings. I can't wait for my partner to get up before me so I can pinch his normal pillow. I hate writing a bad review but I'm struggling to sleep with it. I'm throwing it out in the middle of the night to get some comfort

Ya la lavé y ha sido una bronca para que se seque el hule espuma! Lleva 7 días y sigue húmedo, pero desgraciadamente no se le quita el apeste a plástico quemado que tiene.

I messaged them to request a new pillow as the memory foam was crumbling in certain areas, they didn't reply back. Do not recommend.
