Fender FCT-2 Professional Clip-On Tuner

This is the second clip of tuner I have used, my previous one had a slow response time and had gone missing somewhere so I needed a new one. This one is simplicity in itself and clips on firmly to the headstock, the colour display is a god send, really it is absolutely fantastic. It makes it easy to see when you are close to getting into tune, and it responds very quickly so that fine tuning is much easier. There is not much else I can say other than I also used it to adjust the intonation of my guitar and it was great for that too.Highly accurate, great response time, solid fixing and easy to use what else do you need in a tuner.

I'm a big fan of clip on tuners and after my last one finally died I bought this one and received it this morning and re-tuned my guitar having just changed the strings and it was an absolute doddle to use. The display is nice, bright and uncomplicated. Very happy with it for the money. Mind you, if Fender can't get a guitar tuner right, what hope as anyone else got?!

I bought this due to the good reviews and it's really good. My previous tuner (Eno) was becoming a bit erratic even after battery changes. The previous eno one I bought, it was impossible to keep the battery compartment together (as reviews for that product will mention) One thing I need to mention is a (very few) reviews for this Fender tuner mention that the screen barely lights up. I briefly thought they were right until I noticed that there's a sticker covering the actual screen with needs to be removed. It doesn't mention the sticker in the instructions but I'm pretty sure the people who said the screen barely lights up won't have removed the sticker. Once removed the screen is very bright as it's supposed to be. Just thought I'd mention that in case anyone else gets caught out. All in all, a good tuner and a good price with free postage

Very happy with this - more accurate than the iPhone app i was using. Love the simplicity of the settings, even though I only need the Guitar setting.It looks like you can only tune to 440...so if you need a different frequency, you'll have to do some maths or find something else. As a newbie - I don't know enough about the frequencies to know if this is a problem or not.Only small (miniscule) grumble - the clip seems very small for classic guitars...it seems really stretched.Aside from that...lovely tuning!

Handy little gadget. I love that it tunes accurately and it’s easy to select different tuning functions. Fits well on my Stratocaster’s head away from the printing.

It was small and easy to read also it was easy to use.

Bought this as a gift hoped it would be nice and simple to understand, has settings for ukulele as well as guitar not bad wee thing definitely a go too tuner if you need one
