This thing works GREAT!!!
The device has a smaller footprint than my cellphone. The sound quality is amazing for such a small device. Install was as "plug-and-play" as it gets. Very thoughtful design that includes the USB adapter.

Better speech clarity than my big Klipsch computer speakers
I am using this small device more and more often when I need to understand what is being said, either in a podcast or a Zoom meeting. Everything about it is well-designed, from the mic and speaker's voice clarity to the clever cord storage. It even has a nice case and USB adapter, so it easily accommodates USC C or USB A-type sockets.

Would have been 5 stars of it lasted
I bought in June and it has been in use everyday. Sound was fantastic, love the use of the mute button.Unfortunately today the USB C pulled right off.No option to contact the seller.

Works Great
I work remotely and use this for Zoom and Teams meetings, much better than laptop speakers and microphone.

Works well with my work and home computer
This speaker works well especially if you have a small room. I initially tried this in a larger meeting room and it wasn't quite loud enough at the highest volume setting. I have used it in small boardroom type meeting rooms and it works well as an external speaker.

Background noise
Doesn’t work if you have background noise. Waste of money.updated: seller provided full refund.unit is compact, easy to use. unfortunately does not work well with consistent background noise but otherwise would be good in office setting

Keeps breaking at the same spot!
While I love the crisp sound that comes from this little speaker attached to my PC, there is a fatal design flaw. With only the slightest of pressure,.the cord routinely separates near the C connector end. There is no way to push it back or jury-rig it back into place. I have purchased FOUR of these but each one broke at the same place. At $60 each, I can't afford to keep replacing it.

I need to get used to using it, but so far it works just like it is supposed to
This was fairly priced and so far has preformed as advertised. The cord wraps up nicely in this rubber gasket type thing keeping it out of the way when storing. Also, it helps me control the length of the cord after plugging into my laptop. It has a USB c to USB adapter and that is nice too. If you work in an environment that you can just listen to calls openly, this is fine.
