I have used this for some time now and I have to say that I can’t live without it. Unlike the thinner ones on the marked that easily bends this is not the case here as it is both durable and light.

Sturdy and will not break like his previous shoe horn with a metal handle. It has a long enough handle for my tall husband, and aids in balance issues which we face in our 70s. It is a quality product and worth the price.

Delivery was next day, terrific! When I opened the box, I was immediately amazed at the spectacular finish on this piece. Smooth, not a blemish on it, all the lines just curved and swept together to form the perfect shoe horn! I had been apprehensive about the weight per previous comments, but the weight is perfect given this is a solid, not hollow utensil and has a brilliant clear satin finish on it. My hand grasped it like a glove - the handle has just the right profile for a solid grip, the width, curve and size of the blade fits perfectly into my size 12 shoes and slides out effortlessly with ease. Glad I went for the 24", I stand at 5'11" tall and this size works perfectly! Wish I had purchased three weeks ago - I'd have bought a dozen as they would have been the perfect gift for family and friends! It's like an heirloom piece, the solid construction and awesome finish should last for generations. Going back to Amazon Prime to order one for my son-in-law as I speak! Don't hesitate to buy!
