This is a great heat pack. I use it for my shoulders and neck as well as for my stomach and lower abdomen when I have period pain. I find that it helps a lot. It stays hot for a long time and smells wonderful. I didn’t find it too strong at all. Also the seller is very helpful, she responded to all my queries before I made a final decision to buy.

After buying a luxury Thai heat pad for myself a month ago Ihave now bought two for Christmas presents. I love this and it is so relaxing when my neck and shoulders feel all tight. Even the aroma from the herbs is lovely, Although when I first used it I thought it was a bit strong but now I enjoy that as much as the comforting warmth from the pad which is the perfect shape to sit round my neck. I have also used it chilled round the top of my arm when I had muscle problems. This is not the cheapest heat pad but I am glad I chose this one.I would definitely recommend it.

The smell was overwhelming very strong

Bought for my daughter who suffers from muscular pain in the neck following brain surgery. She is currently on strong pain killers and muscle relaxant medication which I feel she would be better off without as they have side effects. Her first impressions were that it was very relaxing and she is very pleased with it. Not yet at the stage where she is able to ditch the medication, but fingers crossed!

Very speedy response and arrived the next day as promised. Well packaged. Have used it and enjoyed the warmth and herbal perfume. My only criticism is that it cools down much more quickly than I thought it would do. Otherwise it does what it says on the can.
