Absolutely delicious. Added overripe banana and walnuts. and a little extra cinnamon. Decreased the water to 1/4 cup. Finally able to eat without guilt. Love the clean, healthy ingredients. This is a breakfast must have in my house.

LOVE this mix! It is such a great option if you don't want to make homemade banana bread. If you want to take this boxed mix to the next level, use buttermilk instead of water and add a tsp of vanilla extract. Gives the bread a much nicer texture and flavor.

THI IS A VERY SOFT, MOIST, GOOD TASTING CAKE BUT I WAS CRAVING BANANA BREAD AND THIS HAS NO BANANA FLAVOR THAT I CAN TASTE.
