Sleek and Silent
Premium build quality, silent operation, and effective passive cooling. Works great with the A520IAC motherboard and Ryzen 5700G processor, paired with 64GB of RAM. It would be even better if a power supply were included. I wish there were more similar chassis available on the market!

GIGABYTE B550I AORUS PRO AX ITX Motherboard Capatibilty Problem
I checked with Akasa for any compatibility with the GIGABYTE B550I AORUS PRO AX motherboard before purchasing this case. I got a green light from Akasa. However, The motherboard has the M.2 heatsink which is higher than the PCIEX16 slot. This blocks the 2 copper pipes go to the left case for heat dissipation. The M.2 heatsink needs to be removed in order to install the copper pipes. However, it will cause heat problem from VRM (there is a copper pipe comes from the back which connects to this heatsink). If you decide to keep the case for noiseless PC like I do, you need to shop for another motherboard like ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX AX or others.

Excellent passive cooling and thermal performance
I have been using this case now for a few weeks, and it has been an excellent addition to my workspace. It is hardly noticeable as it is practically silent, and it blends in well with my setup. I create videos for my job, and the case can keep the i7-9700 processor in the PC under 90 degrees under heavy load – which is mind-boggling, considering it is all through passive cooling! The design is functional and minimalist, it would not look out of place anywhere. However, it does weight quite a lot due to its dense aluminium structure, but this is to be expected for a passive case. All in all, I would recommend this case, it performs very well and means my workspace is completely silent. Note that I had to buy a separate power adaptor from Akasa too, just search “Akasa 150W power adaptor” and get both the DC-DC (internal) and AC-DC (external) power adapters.

Akasa is not serious ...but the product is great!
I can’t tell you if the case is good or not since this company canceled my order without any explanation. This is not a serious business! Edit: I got some explanations from the company, so at least that's nice! And I found one case with power supplies online and I'm pretty happy with it. Great build quality and great-looking! Hence the 4-star rating now. One little improvement: The heatsink cooper rod thermal past provided in small little ketchup-like packets is messy to apply. Maybe a small fin-tip dispensing tube would be an improvement.

ryzen 5-5600g with B550I AORUS itx = OK
was able to fit in a gigabyte b550 chipset board (mini-itx of course) and if you remove the top heatsink from the 2-heatsink set that comes with the motherbaord (gigabyte) and use only the bottom one, that should work ok and it definitely fits ok. I dont like that the heatpipes fully block the pci slot ;( not so great. another heatpipe case (older one, no longer sold here) used angled pipes that went to only 1 side of the case and that allowed some pci card, at least. not this one, so you better have all you need on the main board. overall, since this is a workstation that is not heavy on cpu and no gaming, its fine. its 65w tdp or less and the hs's dont get warm at all during normal use. web with 2 large screens and zoom, editing files, even doing some local kernel builds (make -j12) is not a problem. using picoPSU style psu for this build, as do most. it does block one of the high speed usb slots and I removed one of them from the front so that my psu would fit. if you use an extension atx psu cable it might fit with both ports installed. case looks 10/10 in build and from outside, looks like stereo gear. keeping this one.
