I'm sure if you cake it on it might appear whiteish, but if you apply lightly and rub your lips together I don't think it's noticeable at all. I can't say I've had a chance to test its protectiveness -- I don't think my lips have ever gotten burned, as far as I know -- but it seems like a good product so far!

Works great, the texture is just a little off but I'm using it anyway!

Overall a good product. I have fever blisters and this is the only thing that helps. However, I know it says the same formula, but I swear the amounts have changed. It feels like it has more oil in it and I have to constantly reapply when before I didn’t. This one melts off pretty quick.. Also the hemp or cod whatever it is is STRONG. Not hating but definitely doesnt seem like the same ingredients or measurements.

Sometimes my lips aren't covered by my hat and get too much sun. Other lip balms almost make it worse. This is PERFECT! And I dont have to reapply every 10 minutes!!!
