The media could not be loaded. I have a 2021 BMW X7. I consider myself pretty tech savvy. When you plug this device into your USB. The car recognize it as a hard drive. It will not recognize it as a wired Android Auto Device. When you try to connect it wireless, it recognize it as a wifi connection. When you try to connect the vehicle to the wifi connection the vehicle is not be able to connect to it. It doesn't recognize it as an Android Auto Device. I believe this is a fake product. Do not buy. I returned it after 3 days of absolute failed attempts. Just for context, I'm able to connect to Android Auto through my phone with no problem. I'm very familiar with the connection process..

NOTE 2: After a few weeks of use, the GPS stopped working on my device. That made the device useless since its main use was for navigation. They sent me another device and that worked just fine for a few months, but now the GPS has stopped functioning in the replacement device. This second unit is now also useless since navigation will not work without GPS. I am waiting for them to issue me a refund so I can buy another box that is comparable or offers only wireless Android Auto.NOTE: I choose to not use wireless Android Auto with this device. I only use the device's built-in OS to run the infotainment system. I got a T-Mobile SIM to provide data for the device.Overall, this is a great product. However, there are some basic features of Android that are not present which make using the device harder. There is no Back button, and this makes navigating the UI quite a bit more difficult than it should be. Also, there's no task manager, so closing apps that are running is not really possible. Also switching between open apps is more cumbersome than it should be.Since the 2023 Subaru WRX only shows Android Auto in a TINY little window. this device solves that problem. Google Maps opens up in a huge window and looks great. This is the main functionality I need when driving.I will not ever watch videos while I am driving, but I tested the video functionality (YouTube, Netflix) and both work perfectly.

This product does not read the sim card its not worth the price if it doesn't read it

I bought this for a road trip. It was easy to install. Toyota tundra recognized and installed. My partner was trying to search for Netflix videos to play. This doesn't allow the user to select videos from the search screen. It only allowed us to select from Netflix home screen. Additionally we tried to install Disney plus, Hulu and Amazon prime. In the Google store it states that the apps are not compatible for this device. So going back. Can't seem to reset this to factory either....so I will have to go through Netflix and Google to reauthorize device. Very frustrated with this product.
