So far so good! We ordered 4 boxes. All arrived intact. The glasses are light weight perfect as water glasses on our dinner table. The ridges catch the light and look just beautiful.

Lovely lightweight wine glasses!

I received this set as a gift and loved it so much I ordered two more. I ordered them for an event so they just sat in the box for over a month. When I opened the box the day before my event, I realized that one of them was broken. It was well past the return window so I reached out to JoyJolt. They were very kind and responsive and a replacement arrived a couple weeks later. They only sent me one, which I was actually really happy with because if they had sent me two I’d have an odd number of glasses. They are a bit delicate so be careful but these glasses are stunning and the customer service was great!

Although they are nice I expected a more elegant fancier looking product. Upon reading the reviews I expected better quality. They are pretty and stylish but again glass feels a little cheap.

At first these glasses seemed a little fragile but after using it for more than a year (and breaking one) i had to order another set of 2. They are classy, easy to clean, and they fit a large cocktail ice ball with a full sized cocktail without overflowing.

Beautiful glasses.

I generally like JoyJolt glasses but this one was not it. The bottom of the glasses is uneven and thicker on one of the glasses. I weight them because it just felt so off and there is a 35g weight difference. Quality control and craftsmanship are not good on this item.

Tellement déçue, les verres sont tout croches, le bord est inégal, ça ne vaut pas le prix et il y a des frais de retour.

Love my new wine glasses - very sleek and beautiful

I love this style of wine glasses and I have received many compliments on them. But unfortunately, I’m finding that these glasses seem to break much easier in the stem part, compared to other wine glasses I’ve had before. You can just set it down on a wrong angle and like Achilles heel, it just snaps. Really pretty though.

Love these glasses! The ribbing on it is great! I find that you can’t see any water stains on it which is nice! They feel sturdy.
