2 Pack 2 Inch Metal Desk Grommet for Wire Organizer, Brushed Silver

These are nicely made and fit perfectly into a 50mm (not 2"!) hole. I've used several of these in 3/4" hardwood and plywood, they look great and keep cables out of sight. To me these look more professional and higher end than plastic grommets. I wish these came in smaller sizes, but 50mm appears to be a standard and options in other sizes are more limited. Recommended!

I bought these grommets for a custom desk I built and these grommets work great for allowing the wiring to pass thru. They are also a great price for a 10-pack. So if you are looking for something like this I recommend these. They are great for cable management, and are easy to install. Perfect size for what i was looking for. The black color worked great for me. You can use them with the cap, or without like I do because I had a lot of wires to pass thru. I give these 5 stars.

These 2-inch metal desk grommets in bronze are exactly what I needed for my old desk. They match beautifully with the desk legs and other hardware. Installation was very simple — just drill a hole, insert the grommet, and you’re done. They’re perfect for organizing wires and cables, keeping everything neat and tidy. Bought these to fish power cord and cables to TV I hung on the wall in master bedroom. Put one behind the TV and one just above the baseboard near power outlet. Smaller and less expensive than the outlet size boxes sold for this purpose. Very happy with result. One reviewer complained about hole size and fit. They work perfectly in drywall using a 2” hole saw. Neither too big nor too small. Since they are in drywall instead of wood, I used a dollop of acrylic caulk to “glue” them in place. Once this dries they are flat, tight, and in place for good. Great to have 8 spares from this purchase.

Work well but… you’re going to want to put a screw in this. If use a 2 inch also it will sit loosely however it’s easy enough to throw a 16th inch hole in and screw it in. I used this for running holes through cabinets. They will never be seen however I like to have a good finish to my products. Therefore putting in a cheap grommet so no exposed particle board from the melamine will show for customers who like to inspect installations. You will never receive a complaint from a customer if you utilize these in your work. I plan to continue to use them because of their low cost. I find a better price on a larger bulk item I will switch over to those. But this will work for now.
