I like these because I have a very high arch and always buy shoes with arch support that isn’t quite sufficient. By adding these smaller arch inserts I get just what I need. Because they are clear I can use them in sandals too. 4 stars instead of 5 because eventually I have to use double sided tape to get them to stick.

provides just a little bit of arch support without taking up the whole shoe. Not as good as if you buy an entire insert, but these allow me to keep my cute shoes and still have some arch support.

This was perfect arch support for my sandals. I found Dr. Scholls too large. These are perfect for sandals, flats, not running shoes.. Originally found at DSW shoes(same price as Amazon).

These stay in place well and they are easy to put in, but they are a bit thin. I wanted to have some decent arches in my shoes, but these barely increase the height in the arch. They are better than not having any arch support, but only a little bit.

I used to use another sku that was discontinued. A company representative was very knd and called me back. He discussed what I needed to replace the older proct. Even let me try a new one.I am a big fan! Great company!

I have very high arches and I use these under insoles to give extra support. I was expecting a cushier product and a little thicker.

The insert is very very small/slight. It does not provide anywhere near enough arch support (maybe 1/8 inch) if that's what you are buying the product for, and I don't have super high arches. And it is difficult to keep it in the shoe, the sticky part is not sticky enough. The package arrived on time as promised but if you are looking for arch support I would try a different product.
