EXCELLENT! I'm thankful that these pieces are still available for my Plantronics headsets - these pieces do wear out. And when they do there's no way I know of for home remedy so thankfully I can keep going with my headset with these

These twist into the earpiece easily and stay put.They are...fine. Nothing special. They work. They're not miraculous, but they're solidly effective.Exactly what it says on the tin.

The only way my work headset is bearable. I have small ears and this helps so the earpiece can actually fit and sit comfortably for hours in my ear!

Thought this was a great idea, but a little disappointed. With the shape of the headset, it's hard to position properly in my ear. It wants to stick out instead of going into my ear. Also, you have to smash the tip to get it in the charging case. Tried this for several months but decided to go back to the original tips.

These are a great replacement for the factory equipped ear pieces but, I really wanted something that holds into the ear better and due to the design of this headset, this was not the solution but, this product was still good.

These were not comfortable and slipped out. I had to return them

These earbuds are literally comfortable enough to wear all day. Silicon is so much better of a feel than the original soft plastic/rubber that came with my Poly headset... And these buds are super simple to install, stay in place, and seem to be wearing nicely.Will buy again at this point.
