This is cheap and nasty rubbish, and too hard to use, complete waste of money. Nothing like a Bullworker. Cheap nasty plastic rubbish.

Neither my husband or I can squeeze this in at all when it is across the chest (weaklings!) but it is certainly effective in the other positions, pushing down with one end on the floor, pulling up from the feet, etc. Definitely feels like you are working out. Great product and great value.

Product works but due to its plastic build I would'nt push it too hard plus customs charged me vat at entry even though I paid vat at time of purchase on Amazon.ie my location so cost me a over a 100 euro so not good value.
