Sharp, Sturdy, and Reliable Scissors
I’ve been using these scissors almost daily for a few months, and they’ve been excellent. They are sharp, sturdy, and well-built. I use them for various crafts — from cutting thick cardboard and cloth to tougher materials, even wires — and they handle everything with ease. They feel durable and reliable, and I’m very happy with them.

Good at cutting but mind your fingers
Cuts well. Handles can pinch your fingers if you’re not careful, though. I always wear gloves now! (Once bitten, twice shy)

Sharp sturdy and well built
More like small shears than scissors but a great tool, I don't often write reviews but thought if your a gardener or a crafter this would be money well spent.

Light duty scissors
Great for light(ish) jobs but with prolonged use in the garden the spring falls out. Not recommended for moderately heavy duty work.

As a retired art teacher of 47 years, I have can recognize a good pair of scissors or snips. These are a good size for small to medium sized hands. Super duper sharp and a good runner-up for a number one position ! They do not come with a storage sleeve for the point of this scissors, but have a small lock. They do not come apart for deep cleaning, but they are made from stainless steel. The packaging is entirely in Chinese except for the words widely used and do it yourself handicrafts and hobbies. The handles are ribbed to prevent slipping and there is a small lock on the scissors as well as notch for cutting wire. You could use these for gardening, small pruning, perhaps in the kitchen or for any hobby projects. I plan on using can to cut up my cardboard from Amazon and packages. Really inexpensive and great. I would not use these for appendectomies!

Sometimes EMT shears won't do (even the nicer ones like X-Shear), and household or "shop" scissors aren't quite right, while shop snips or cutters/pliers are overkill or too fat. This kind of heavy duty narrow blade snip is perfect for a lot of things. I've had some of the cheaper knockoffs (these themselves being something of a knockoff, though) and they're still ok...these are a bit better all things considered. Between the listings I was curious about the steel they were using but it turns out it's basically the same stainless steel with no appreciable difference at all for this application. Stainless isn't the best choice for durable cutters but for the most part these are just fine. They make quick work of any cardboard or plastic packaging, even some thinner plastic sheet materials, foam, thin art-type metal sheet/foils, and smaller plastic rod or tubing. I used these to snip away the coiled wire binding from some old presentation briefs and they did ok without too much effort, but that soft steel wire was about their limit and they showed slight damage/wear after that (about a dozen of them, so hundreds of little wire snips for that job). I got the longer pair on this order and the extra length and leverage does come in handy...the shorter ones are fine most of the time.
