I take many of true Hope products, and am amazed by them all! These do have to be the powerhouse of them all! FreeAminos being a close second! I have been diagnosed with anxiety/panic disorder and these supplements have dramatically changed the quality of life for me for the better! It takes a couple weeks to see results, but stick with it bc you will see them. I have five young children and could hardly care for them most days bc my panic attacks were so severe and lasted so long! Sometimes all day! After being on empower for about a month I can honestly say I feel like a normal person, which is something I couldn’t even say when I was taking RX for my condition. I am taking care of my children now and doing above and beyond that! I am so thankful that there is something out there like empower to help people like me. Someone who has crippling anxiety that didn’t respond to prescription medication. I never ever run out of this stuff, and will forever buy it as long as they make it!!!

Works exactly as advertised

I'm tapering off of Klonopin after taking it as prescribed for the past 20 years. I tried this product after watching a documentary on Amazon Prime. It is amazing and I can't imagine how bad the taper would be without it. Of course, check with your doc. but I love it!!!

I haven’t taken it long enough to notice a difference but I will say that the company is really food at checking in on you while you take it, to see how you feel.

It's not marketed or sold as a multi-vitamin, rather its promoted as a brain health suppliment. But if you read the ingredients it has most of the essentials. Our whole family takes it, it's kind of pricy but I do believe it is well worth it.

I’ve been using this product via Amazon for quite some time. With the exception of one other time and the most recent purchase, all the bottles have had an inner seal under the lid and were stuffed with cotton. This and a prior bottle were missing the under cap seal and lacked the cotton wad.The pills were coated with those pills that came apart during handling and made a powdery mess, not to mention losing the contents and usability of the broken pills. Disappointed because #1 these are a daily part of my health routine , and they DO make a difference with my health.#2 they aren’t inexpensive for what my pay scale is , so I can’t just THROW them out and wait for a replacement !!

Took it myself before giving to my 12 y/o and was so pleased with results - I began noticing small improvements within two hours of first dose - I’ve kept us both on it ever since and have even began highly recommending to family. Vita save is a wonderfully responsive and expeditious seller!

Do your research, read reviews. To see if it's right for you. I never buy products on a whim, I always do research as in reviews and deep dives into products. I haven't had many hiccups on Amazon, as long as I have done my research, the odd thing here and there may occur for some but just remember the following. The things to consider with this product: - It is that it's to be taken with food - If you only take 2 daily, it may not show much effect, I've noticed more of an impact if you take 4 - 6 but everyone is unique. - You may not notice an impact after a month, it may take months, if that's too expensive, try alternative methods. - Please take into consideration other supplements your taking - A big important one is if in doubt, talk to your doctor first, if you're on medications, they may conflict, also you should see a doctor if you're pregnant or breasfeeding. Please use a side of caution as with anything, you could get side effects, but when you know it's safe, if you needed to consult a doctor. I didn't personally need to but it may be advised you do. Overall: Great product 👌 If it's too pricey, you could consider other supplements for your overall health or specifically mental health, that's why I take it. I feel it helps a little with my feelings of depression but with anything compicated like that, it's not a cure all pill.

After reading "A Promise of Hope" by Autumn Stringam, daughter to one of the men that started TrueHope, I knew I had to try it for my Bipolar II. It was recommended to me by a dear friend who's been a psychiatric nurse for close to 3 decades. I was diagnosed with Bipolar II March 2020 and started taking meds - Abilify, Seroquel, Lamotrigine, and Wellbutrin. They lifted me out of the deep depression I was in, but left me feeling nothing, no more exciting hypomania or crushing, soul-deteriorating depression, just no emotions felt whatsoever. An endless, hopeless existence. It felt worse that the Bipolar mood swings, at least I felt something when they happened. So after reading the book, I decided to try EMPower, it couldn't possibly make me more miserable. After a few days, I started feeling sick whenever I took my psych meds, so I made the decision to stop taking them - consult your doctor. I had no withdrawal side effects after stopping meds. In fact, side effects from the psych meds went away - weight gain, hair loss, low libido, brain fog, memory issues, anxiety, social anxiety. Within a few weeks, I was able to experience emotions again and I was no longer nervous or paranoid ALL the time. I have continued to use TrueHope for over a year now. I give it to my children as well, at a lower dose. We also take the Freeminos and Iodine. Looking to get more of their products, CandiBac and maybe the OliveLeaf one. Point is, talk to your psych doctor, hopefully you also have access to an amazing Naturopath, and try it for yourself. If you order from the TrueHope website, they put you in touch with consultation and check ins to ensure you're doing well and enough to taper down or off meds. ***When I went off my psych meds cold turkey, it was at my own discretion not at the advice of anyone with TrueHope or my psychiatrist.*** They were very surprised that I did not have a negative reaction to stopping the meds. I knew that the meds were reacting to the EMPower making me feel extremely nauseous every day, I used the powder from their website, so I wasn't surprised when the nausea went away after stopped the meds. Please try it for yourself, especially if you're not having success with the meds you're taking, if you keep having to switch or increase meds, or if you're still having mood swings. There is no good reason if you're taking 6 to 10 different Bipolar meds that you should still be experiencing issues. Unless the meds are not right for you or the diagnosis is incorrect...food for thought, based off my personal experience. Good luck everyone! When it comes to supplements, I am willing to spend more on a really good ones and, after using EMP for the past two years, I can honestly tell this one is worth investing it. I do take two caps in the morning and one at night, and find that particular dose works for me. You might need to adjust these amounts accordingly. Why I like EMP? Well, for starters, it has a nice balance of everything so you don't need to worry about taking multiple pills of different brands (unless your doctor suggests otherwise). EMP seems to help with many deficiencies, is non-addictive, and the new formula (the "Plus" bottles) has an improved absorption. My sensitive gut has no issues with it either. It is not cheap but it works although it might take a while to see the benefits. I plan to keep using EMP, just wish it was a bit less expensive.

Good product Minerals are very important for the body Pricey

This product takes some time to work into your system but regularly taken ( I take two capsules twice per day) for over two years now. It is great for memory loss and I found it to be better than a multi vitamin in terms of all the extra added benefits of a multivitamin.
