I have been using this everyday now for a week and do see positive results. I have ADHD and it's hard for me to stay focused for more than 15 minutes as I get easily distracted. I am currently studying for a big test and have been able to stay focused for 30 minutes straight. This is definitely no cure but, for a all natural, vegan , great tasting focus booster, I can say it is working for me and will recommend.
