An excellent product that looks superb and has a very good weight. Included bulb was a bit fiddly to fit but once switched on gives a strong light. Such good value for money and easily meets the use for which it is intended.

Really pleased with this uplighter. The black chrome finish looks modern and classy, and it gives off a lovely soft wash of light that instantly warms up the room. Easy to set up and perfect for creating cozy ambient lighting without taking up much space.

Looks great and stylish I'm my room, gives a nice warm glow, bright enough to see/read etc and not too bright that it causes glare. Only downside is because the flat bulb is showing, it'll collect dust and harder to clean. But that's very picky of me. Good product

Excellent value for money and looks nice too. I first got one to light up a dark corner of my home office and it did a great job. In fact, I was so happy with it I tested it as an uplighter behind a large plant (c. 180cm) we have in an alcove in our dining room (alcove is about 1m wide and 3m high). It did that splendidly, lighting up much of the alcove without completely bathing it in light. The upshot is that we bought another two of these, and a new plant to put in the other alcove. (My wife now spends a lot more time in that room.) As for the aesthetics of the lamp it's obviously personal opinion but I think the black chrome ones look pretty good. In my case they're all tucked away so it really doesn't matter much, but if you're considering placing one somewhere that's going to be visible I'd say it's still worth trying it out. Hard to beat for the price. (We were considering having sconces put in in our alcoves, which would've been quite expensive and require re-plastering of the walls, so these were simply a no-brainer for us.) Highly recommend!

I never write reviews, but these lights are so good i want to recommend them to others. They are quickly despatched and delivered. I have bought 5 of these so far, for different areas of my home. They are brilliant for providing what i would call passive light to any area.

It does exactly as it says however I wanted more of a wall wash effect so a bit disappointed. FYI it pretty much projects light up the wall to the ceiling in a narrow cone effect - tried different lamps , all much the same.

Tut was sie soll. Aufpassen muss man, dass diese Leuchte einen Commonwealth Stecker / Typ-G Stecker hat wie man in in England verwendet. Ich musste also noch einen Adapter für die Verwendung in Deutschland dazu kaufen. Ich finde es gut das sie keine fest verbauten Leuchtmittel hat, sondern man eine LED-Lampe einstecken kann. Diese kann bei Defekt gewechselt werden und man muss nicht gleich die ganze Leuchte wegwerfen.

Lampe wurde mit UK Stecker geliefert und ist damit für den Einsatz in Deutschland ungeeignet. Außerdem fehlt das Leuchtmittel, welches separat bestellt werden muss. Dies steht nicht in der Produktbeschreibung. Enttäuschend....das Ding geht direkt zurück.
