delicate flavour allow 10 minutes for beautiful leaves to uncurl
I used 15 pieces in a 100 ml tea glass. This delicate flavour tea takes time to brew at least 10 minutes with top of glass covered with a saucer. There is no bitterness. When leaves have uncurled it is ready. If leaves are left to steep overnight, in half a glass of water ,this will be strong enough as a base for further cups next day, so that makes it economical. I found it gently helps with fatigue. Put a leaf to float in tea glass when serving, just to look pretty.

Good tea
Good tea, authentic, and reminds me of my days in Guangzhou. Only complaint is a little expensive, I was looking at several sellers charging £20 for 250g, and then I saw this for £10, but was disappointed when it arrived and was only 50g. My mistake, better check weights more carefully in future. But it's good tea and I've had many cups even from 50g, and still value compared to buying cups of vastly inferior tea at a cafe.

Not a weak tea by any means
If you enjoy the flavor of green tea/Oolong tea then you'll love this one. A little goes a long way but don't let it steep too long. It can get super bitter so don't let it brew any longer than 5 minutes. Goes great with fish and plant based dishes.

Good Tie Guan Yin
Seems to be of reasonable quality, the taste is quite mellow and the second wash is good for the cost. Worked in China for seven years and had Tie Guan Yin many times, definitely very similar taste. Tried a cheaper version for a well known supermarket and there's a big difference in quality, the Alishan is far superior. Work recommend.

Expensive and not amazing
Value is questionable. Quite nice smooth flavour but not significantly better than far cheaper oolong.

poor quality tea
This tea is of very poor quality and is completely tasteless. I have been drinking this type of tea for years(from other suppliers) and this tea is awful and tastes nothing like it should . It also does not even look like it should and is of an inferior quality .
