Disappointed
Based on all the positive reviews, I had high hopes for this product. I have plenty of water bottles for hiking, but none with a filter. So I packed this one in my suitcase for a long trip throughout Europe. But the first time I went to use it, I was sorely disappointed. You have to be capable of SIGNIFICANT SUCTION to be able to get water out of this container. I ended up removing the lid and drinking straight out of the bottle, which defeats the whole purpose of having a filter. But there was no way I was getting any water out of this thing otherwise. Returning from my trip past the 30 day return policy, so I’m stuck with some thing I won’t use . It’ll go in my next yard sale. Or the garbage. Sigh.

The filter box says the shelf life is 3 years if unopened. My order has filters dated 2021. I ordered them mid 2025 but have only started to use them today.
