TWO EYE INFECTIONS FROM THIS GLUE!
I’ve been using this glue for atleast 6 months, replacing my lash sets every week. For the first few months, everything was fine and the glue consistency was normal and liquidy. The last 3 tubes of this glue have been way different. Two showed up completely dried out, I barely got one use out of the glue. I ordered a second tube, also dried out. The 3rd tube I ordered, seemed to be back to normal consistency and went one fine. But I didn’t notice the color wasn’t black, it was a grey. I still used it. 2 days later both eyelids were swollen and my waterlines were raw with sores. I took the lashes off, waited a week and tried again. I put the fresh set on Sunday, by Monday night my eyes were itchy and sores were present yet again. Discharge was coming out of the sores. I removed them immediately. The only thing I could think it would be, is the inconsistent glue they’ve been selling. Do not recommend.

Super Long-Lasting Lashes, But NOT Beginner-Friendly
I have a love-hate relationship with this GEMERRY Lash Bond and Seal. Let’s start with the good: once you get it on properly, your lashes are going NOWHERE. Seriously, my lashes stayed put for weeks, even through sweating, sleeping, and daily wear. It holds really well, and I appreciate that it helps my falsies last longer than regular glue. Now, the not-so-good part: it is NOT easy to use, especially if you’re not experienced with lash application. The formula is pretty strong, which means if you mess up, your lashes can get stuck together and look clumpy. It also dries pretty quickly, so you don’t have a lot of time to adjust before it sets. If you’re new to DIY lash extensions, you might find this frustrating. However, if you’re willing to take your time and practice, it’s definitely worth it. I’d recommend this for people who are already comfortable applying cluster lashes rather than total beginners.

Love!
Love it! Definitely a repeat purchase. I wore my lashes for 4 days in a row and could’ve probably gone longer but I pulled them off in the shower

I really wanted to like this product
My feelings about this product are a little conflicted. I’ll start with what I liked though. They did make my lashes look fierce. I used the smaller lash clusters, instead of a whole strip, and it was nice because if one cluster fell off, I could just replace that one cluster seamlessly. The glue is black, so that’s nice. If you get it a little messy, it can be hidden with black eyeliner and black eye lashes. Now for the downsides. This is not a beginner product, and I am a beginner. It’s hard to control, and it’s super sticky. When I was applying a full set of new cluster lashes, it would take me at least 30-45 min. And a lot of frustration with it getting sticky black stuff all over my fingertips and tweezers. It also clumps in the lashes badly and it feels like it never truly dries. It stays sticky forever. But the 2 worst things about it. When removing the product and old false lashes, it’s nearly impossible to get them off safely without ripping out your natural lashes too. I tried every remover I had including micellar water, face wash, everything- and it still clumped into my natural lashes and wouldn’t come off. I now have a substantial bald spot in my lashes on one eye. Hopefully not permanent, but still bald 4 months later. And the last thing was- after using this product for about 2 months, I got a horrible eye infection. I believe my tear duct became blocked. My eye was so painful to the touch, if I accidentally brushed the area with the back of my hand, I’d have to stop everything and wait out the pain. Never had any kind of eye infection before either. There’s got to be a better glue out there. I miss the lashes, but I’m done with this glue product.
