I only use the larger cups. I love them. Suction is great. I use the largest to slide. The wide rounded lip is nicer for the client, others have a rougher feel when sliding across the skin.I wish they made a set with Larger sizes in multiples. Very Good 👍

I am finally starting to learn how to use these cups. But I did have to look around at the different sets that are for sale. If you look at how many cups you need for your whole body, there is no point in getting the 3 cup product. I would recommend the 7 cup. I bought the 5 cup ONLY because I have purchase other cup sets.I have only used it on my face and you have got to be careful and do not let that cup stay on your face motionless. You need to be moving it around at all times or you will get one hell of a hickie that looks like you ran into a moving wall and lost. But it does get that blood needed to your face and plump it up a bit. Repeatedly doing this will eventually get rid of the wrinkles and help with healing of scars used with a microdermabrasion needle roller or any type of skin resurfacing procedure.I absolutely recommend these and I have known about this practice for years. I am just so glad that they have finally made at home kits for everyone to use. The results possibilities are endless.

Wow, these are awesome! We were used to the cups that require a pump to suction them onto the skin, but it's much faster and easier to just squeeze and release these. They also move all around perfectly on lightly oiled skin. The cups seems very well made and durable. My only con is that there is only one of each size. If you want to place many cups at once, this isn't the kit for you. However, if you're looking to do dynamic cupping as opposed to static, this set is fantastic!

The cops are very thick, and well-made. They do not come off of your skin if you move a lot, but if you move faster than I like that they included a facial scrubber, so that you can do other things to relax while you detoxing with the cups. They were very well packaged, and came quickly and swiftly. The bags the products were in looks cute. No chemical smell.
