This is so amazing, specially at this price. you feel it with in days but with a drawback, It contains synthetic vitamin B6 pyridoxine hydrochloride, its not using natural vitamin B6 Pyridoxine phosphate. synthetic vitamin B6 pyridoxine hydrochloride for long term can lead to serious side effects such as neuropathy, its toxic . I wish they did not put this in this, however you can take this supplement for a month and then leave it. do not go for a longer time.
