This has been a lifesaver for me in my weightloss journey.I take semaglutide and it is very hard to get my protein in when I'm not hungry at all.This has been a good meal replacement for me as it is very filling.In my first week using this as a meal replacement along with my exercise and eating habits i lost 3 lbs and ive been on sema for almost a year.I only use 1-2 scoops and feel stuffed with that so it will last me longer than one who uses the recommended dose.I will admit that is is very sweet to me so sometimes it's too sweet but I still love the strawberry shortcake flavor.I found I use it in my coffee since I love my coffee very sweet.So in the end I love this protein powder and will most definitely purchase again.This price is expensive but considering mine is 7 pounds I find it worth the price.A simple tip for those who can't deal with gritty taste always add the liquid first then the protein powder it really does make a huge difference in the grittyness.

Best protein powder I've found so far. Has a great flavor and mixes well. I do find myself closing my bottle and reshaking several times throughout the drink, but I've had to do this with every powder, so seems normal for protein powders. This keeps me full after eating, so it does the job.

Tastes good not great. Little chalky or chunky towards the end of the drink. But great flavor! Easy to digest. Keeps you full for a good while. Great meal replacement.

The full dairy version of this (the one I ordered) is delicious. The dairy free version they sent me instead is trash and should be avoided……dairy free tastes like it’s spoiled. 4 stars for the brand, and one star for me being sent dairy free protein that I didn’t order. Now I have to go to sea with terrible tasting protein.

I've used this product daily for 18 months. Since my last order something with MRE has changed, and not in a good way. The consistency, flavor, texure, even the way it mixes and the volume - is bad now. Redcon was kind enough to replace the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip I purchased through their Amazon storefront, citing a flavor discrepancy from a manufacturer, and sent me Peanut Butter Cookie. Unfortunately, this has the same problem. It mixes as though it's watery now, like certain ingredients were removed or replaced. And the nutrition facts show the protein % daily value has changed from 94% to 44%, but still at 47g (this is the only way I've found to verify the old recipe from the new). Sadly, I'll have to find a new whole food protein powder - I cannot recommend anyone buy this anymore.

Iv used MRE for years and loved it. But the last order I received the nutrition was changed also the texture and taste went down hill. This was frustrating feels like they lowered the quality and lowered the carbs but still charging the same amount can't find any answer online at the moment.

When I don’t have time for a meal, 2 scoops of this does the trick for me, however, do not depend on this as a food source, it’s only good to have when you really don’t have the time to eat/cook. Its preferably best to replace 1 meal in a day.

Why is a paper sticker on my redcon order ? Is it a legitimate item ? Its over the original one on the tub? A explanation will be a good idea ! .

I never thought whey protein messed with my stomach until a stopped taking it. This (partial) meal replacement is my new favourite for sure. The flavour is unreal and it just feels better than other proteins to me. I’d recommend trying it

Nice flavour!! Easy to shake and mix with many things like milk, yogurt, fruits, etc and after being taking it for some weeks now I can feel the benefits. Good product.
