Have bought since school started. Work great. You have to keep buying. My son shares his with other kiddos. Quality is great, the mouthpiece last as long as expected. They wont work all year. Which is 100% normal. Lol. Sounds good especially in his grade. Great price for how many you get. 10 lasted around 2 months.

I picked up this 10-pack of alto sax reeds for my daughter’s sax practice, and honestly, they’ve been surprisingly good—especially for the price. The 1.5 strength is perfect for beginners or anyone who needs something a little easier to blow through without fighting the instrument. Right out of the box, they were consistent, no cracked tips, and the laser-engraved marking is a nice touch so you can quickly tell them apart. What stood out the most is the thinner reed tip—it really does make the reed more responsive. My daughter said she didn’t have to work as hard to get a clean sound, and the notes came out smooth even at lower volumes. The plastic storage box keeps all the reeds organized and protected, which is way better than the flimsy paper sleeves some brands come in. I bought these for my daughter for her Saxophone. Her school recommended a brand from a more expensive place. I figured I would try these and see how they compare. I'm here to tell you, her teacher approves and plans to buy them for himself. She's happy with how she sounds and says these are better than the ones I've been getting. We will continue to purchase these for her.

These reeds are just ok, but the quality is inconsistent. I'd say about 1/2 of them are usable. I got them just to play around with a lighter strength reed, since I typically play with a 2.5. I don't notice a huge difference based on the strength, actually. The quality of the seal on the mouthpiece has more of an impact with these.

Ottime per principianti. Mio figlio di 8 anni ha appena iniziato a suonare il sax. Le ance sono robuste, la confezione arriva ben sigillata e la scatolina è molto comoda, forse solo un po' grande, ma d'altronde contiene 10 ance. Io suono il clarinetto e di ance me ne intendo, trovarne che suonano bene e durano a un prezzo intorno ai 10 euro per 10 ance lo trovo arduo, quindi prodotto sta consigliato ne ordinerò ancora !
