Handles on the baskets would make this perfect. I find it awkward to pull them out, but I have arthritis and a lot of things are difficult for me, so I can’t knock any points off for that.The hooks are worthless for my uses, but I didn’t need the hooks. Someone looking to use them may be disappointed as they are too close to the shelf above them to get much on. Small items with thinner chords will hang just fine.The baskets are a material that is opaque but will breathe some. That was very important to me in case my hand towels weren’t dry entirely when tossing them in.Shelves are sturdy, and look nice! Feet adjust some for uneven flooring.Assembly took a reasonable amount of time. With one person, a wall was needed momentarily for balance.I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend!

I really like the function of this piece. The hampers are roomy. The wood grain looks a little cheap. The hampers don’t have a handle, so they are a little hard to pull out. But overall it works well for me.

It’s a little crazy to say I love this hamper, but I do! Packaging was perfect — nothing was damaged in shipping. All parts were labeled and nothing was missing. It even included one additional screw in each package of screws. Instructions were clear and assembly was easy. I’m a senior and I was able to put this together mostly by myself. My young grandson joined me for the last 15 minutes because he wanted to join in the “fun”! The design is so much better than one I’ve been using for 4 years. The hamper bag is attached to a square metal frame which slides easily into the stand just like a drawer. Perfect! The bag also includes a piece of plastic(?) that fits perfectly into the bottom to keep the bag from getting out of shape. That might sound like a small thing, but it’s the small details of thoughtful design that make this so pleasant to use. By the way, the price was less than I paid 4 years ago for a hamper that aggregated me all the time. You won’t regret buying this “perfect hamper”.

Easy to assemble, although time consuming due to the number of pieces. The hamper is missing the divider, which I didn’t realize until after I finished putting it together. I’m happy with the quality, I just wish I could get the hamper with the divider without having to disassemble the entire unit and return.

It took no time to put it together. I mean stupid easy! It's so cute and could go just about anyplace. I use it in my bathroom/laundry room. The shelves keep all my laundry supplies together and off the floor. But I don't use the hamper as a hamper. I use it as toilet paper storage. It didn't fit where/how I wanted it to, but I still made it work. I love it!

I LOVE everything about this product!! It's not too big or too small so you can find a spot for it anywhere. I bought it as a hamper and I pleasantly surprised that it's super sturdy and very good quality all the way around. The color is what I saw in the picture and love that I have 2 small shelves to decorate my adorable but very functional hamper. I even hang my towel on the side hooks. Overall I love and im buying one for my hubby soon.
