Avoid this at every opportunity. I lost my case and ordered this one to replace it. I am an airline captain that needs reliable ear bud charging to connect with dispatch and physicians in the case of airborne medical issues or aircraft emergencies. This case carries the buds but does not charge them nor allow the buds to maintain their current charge. I will charge to full and a day later nothing is charged. I want a refund. This is not only worthless, it is a detriment to safety for what I need it for. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

2nd set of QCIIs. Definitely needed a better case for the second pair. For the price, these were perfect. Looks very clean and non-descript, but also fits great. Haven't dropped the headphones too much, but never had any issues, so no complaints there, the build quality looks quite nice for what I paid. Managed to snag it on my seat belt once tho, and tore the key ring hoop, so invest in something a bit more robust (50 cents)

Once I lost my origin charging case, I thought I have to buy a new set of earphone. Luckily, this charging case have no issue of charging and pairing my BOSE QC2.

Its very hard to remove is there any way whether I could remove the case??

This is a life safer when you lose your original case. Like the original that comes with the QC2, it’s sleek, slides in your pocket easily and isn’t too bulky. It holds battery well and can sustain a drop with minimal damage. It does show finger marks or oil over time. You can get a cover, but the top section of case is small so covers frequently come off. More of an annoyance than anything. The good news is the case doesn’t need syncing with the headphones, just plug and play. The biggest negative about this case is the battery life indicator and lack of wireless charging support. For premium products this should be standard. And I’m not sure what Bose were thinking but I gave up trying to work how much battery life the case has. Reading the number of blinks is just not user friendly. I just keep the case charged all the time. That said, it’s a good replacement for the original at a reasonable price.

People in the past have reported an issue where the top part of the case would come loose. This hasn't happened to me. It looks like this is a new batch and bose may have fixed this issue. There is a large anti friction patch they've inserted and this may be helping. Would recommend this official case!
