Excellent product, was the one thing which cured constantly infected cocker spaniel ears, better than antibiotic drops! Completely natural ingredients and initially, if the problem is really bad, Quistel can be used daily. Thereafter, just as effective at managing the cleanliness of ears and keeping any infection at bay, never had any ear problems with my three other cockers as a result of using Quistel on a regular basis. Most cost effective way of purchasing is to buy the 500ml bottle, especially so if you have more than one dog. (Just be careful where you administer as, when the dog naturally shakes its head post application, the violet can spread and will stain any furnishings/light coloured furniture in close proximity!)

Like many customers here, I had all but given up finding a solution to thick brown waxy ears in my chocolate lab. He has had many doses with antibiotics and also a deep clean under anaesthetic, but after differing times it just starts over again. Needless to say he hates me checking and cleaning his ears as it is a regular part of his life. So trying this was just another half-hearted attempt to find something that worked. Well! I am 2 weeks in of daily cleaning and am now reducing that to every 2 or 3 days with a daily check on how they are. If it continues so successfully I will drop that to weekly cleans with just daily checks. His ears no longer smell and look nice and pink again and he seems more relaxed when it comes to a clean. It does smell strongly of alcohol but if it is working we are both happy.

This is a good ear cleaner, but the colour and smell are awful! I worry every time I put it in my dogs ears, as I think it may get in his eyes and cause a further problem, so I cover his eyes whilst using it Also the smell is awful It does seem to work well, but next time I will be getting the one with no colour

I have a Cockerpoo cross something very hairy My dog has suffered with her ear since she was a puppy. My poor dog has had to go to the Vet 3 times to have her ear plucked under sedation. She is one half an antihistamine daily for ear irritation. I have tried various treatments to help her. I came across this and yes it does not smell pleasant read the contents and you will understand what the smell is from The product is a little difficult to put into the ear and a small syringe makes the job easier and is less traumatic to the dog. This has helped to soothe her ears and has also helped with the wax build up. It does help after her ears have been plucked by the Vets. I use it on a weekly basis along with a antihistamine ( daily ) I know with my little dog it will be a Vet visit every six months but at least with using this I can keep her as comfortable as possible between visits

Didn't really help when my dog had a sore ear

Excellent! Neither of my dogs have had any ear issues since I started using it. I use it regularly to maintain clean ears. Recommended.
