I used it on faced and unfaced rigid foamboard insulation and it worked great. It adhered to bare foam, aluminum faced and aluminumized paper facing. It goes without saying that it sticks to porous surfaces as well, like plywood and brick. It has very good grab with foamboard: I just pushed it in with my hands, butt, and shoulders and it worked great.

Worked great on pink foam board sheets.

I searched for an affordable and functional adhesive for applying 4' foam panels w/o foil backing to my steel garage to help mitigate summer heat and winter cold. If foam has a non-porous side, this will not be effective. It needs at least one applied side be porous to work. If they do have a backing the Pro version of this is needed.

May have to keep something against the foam boards to keep pressure till the adhesive hardens. After that all good.

Bought a case to have for home projects. Used five tubes for window AC units. Case was stored in basement, vertically (nozzle up), out of sunlight, constant cool temp. Three months after initial purchase, was unable to use any of the remaining tubes as they had "dried" up to where caulk would not adhere to anything - not even itself.

The hubby purchased this to help insulate the basement with foamboard and is extremely pleased with quality, ease of use, and how well it works. We will definitely recommend and repurchase if ever needed.
