Perfect for my grandmas hip surgery recovery. Easy to adjust, easy to apply

I purchased to use in water aerobics. I don't use all of the weights but was looking for the added resistance to get more out of the workout. However, my legs are pretty slender above the ankle and I'm almost off the velcro when strapping tight enough to not slop around in the water. IMHO, the loop portion of the velcro needs to run longer on the body of the weight so there's more area to secure the loop to, so, dropped by one star.

Theses weights are very comfortable to use with soft neoprene next to the skin. The velcro closure is heavy duty and should last a long time. My only minor complaint is that it is hard to get the individual weights in and out of the pocket to change the amount of weight. If you don’t need to change the amount of weight when you are using them it is not a problem but I am weaker in some movements and need to lighten the weight. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.
