Tricky to Assemble - Here's a Tip
As others have noted, the assembly instructions aren't very helpful. In addition, they indicate B and F are separate parts, but my box had no Fs. I used Bs instead, and they seemed to work fine. There were also some mystery round pieces that seemed like they could be caps, but they didn't fit. I assume they must have just been part of the packaging. 🤷♀️ The tricky bit is with using the B clips. Again, as others have noted, make sure you follow the "top" indicator for both pieces - but don't affix them exactly where you want them because they won't stay on when you add the shelf. There's a thin raised portion on the inside of each clip. Line them up so that line is between the grooves on the poles and then push the joined clip up until you hear it click into place in the groove above. It's a little hard to explain, but you'll know when it works, and then the shelves will stay on no problem. Once assembled and secure, the shelf was both secure and sturdy.

Fast assembly
Easy and fast assembly, multi use but I place it in the basement for laundry use. Top tier is high enough that you don’t need to bend down (I’m 5’6”), easy to clean as well.

Sturdy When Assembled, Crappy Instructions
Wasn't quite sure how to rate this. Instructions would equal 1 star, but assembled, it's actually a pretty sturdy and heavy metal shelf, so I went with the 4 star rating. Inexpensive, and looks decent. I purchased this to help organize a closet in the house, and I think it'll do the job. Pretty study. I probably wouldn't recommend going overboard, but I'd bet this little shelf could hold some heavier items a-ok. Onto assembly. I'm not extraordinarily "handy", but I've put together a few of these types of shelves fairly successfully. Aside from indicating the pieces that should be included in the box, the instructions kinda suck, so here are a few pointers that might help, if you're not a shelf-assembling genius. You'll have extra pieces, and a handful of pieces not listed in the instructions (I still don't know what they are), so don't be surprised. Just be confused, like me. First, join the poles. There are two different poles for each corner that attach with a fat silver screw. Put these together first. At the end of each conjoined pole is a bottom that accept a screwed-in "foot"; attach these next. Now for the not-fun: decide where you want each of the three shelves to rest, and use two of the semicircle plastic pieces to create a stopping point on each bar. Be sure to read the "Top" in the etched plastic to orient them properly. The pieces will (mostly) join at each pole joint; just be sure to pick the same spot on each pole. For fun, these might fall off before or when you try to place the shelf. It's a added bonus. After placing your first set of semicircle pieces on each bar, add your first shelf. BE SURE you place the shelf, so the wider part of the cone faces downward. When placed, give a good push to be sure the shelf sets. The shelf will help hold the semicircle pieces in place, which help hold the shelf in place, etc.... Repeat until you've placed all the shelves.

Assembly Instructions Are Useless
Overall, I really like this shelving unit. It's very sturdy, and the perfect size for my needs -- I measured carefully before ordering, and am really pleased with its size, sturdiness, form and function. What I am not pleased with is the extra puzzle they included free with purchase, which was laughing entitled "Assembly Instructions." If it were not for another reviewer here on Amazon, I may have ended up returning it. Not only are the assembly directions picture only, they fail to include pictures of the most important aspect of the assembly. Okay, here it is: You take two halves of the included plastic circle pieces, each marked with an up arrow and the word top. So, pointing the top up, you can encircle the leg of the shelf at the height you wish. Lightly push these two pieces together, and slide up or down until you hear it click into place. One leg is done. Do all four legs at the same height, and place the first shelf. Repeat for each shelf. When done, you will have a handsome, sturdy, useful shelf.

Great Organizer for Workout Stuff
Wanted to organize my small set of workout stuff, and this was perfect. My Core Fitness Dumbbells sat perfectly on top of the shelf, and the dumbbell holder sat just right on the wire shelves so they can't move and come off. I only used 2-tiers though so that the dumbbells would be at a easy height to lift up.

Great for getting my appliances of the counter.
This was a breeze to put together. The instructions were a bit sparse, but simple. It’s very sturdy and just the right size for me to un-clutter my kitchen counters. I don’t have a lot of counter space, but do have a lot of kitchen helpers i.e. air fryer, toaster, stand mixer, food processor, blender, my new George Foreman grill https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KDVJLJW?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title, which I love, and my coffee maker. But that never leaves my counter… Lol. I have space right next to my fridge where it fits perfectly and that’s out of the way. I bought these shelf liners for it, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C5Y68RGH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to give me smoother surface. Don’t really need them, as none of the stuff I put on the is going to fall through, but I don’t have to worry about the “feet” on the appliances getting snagged on the wires. This is a great addition to my kitchen.

Whoever designed this should be in jail. And whoever defined it as heavy duty should be in jail, too. Extremely poor design and it’s not possible to be precise on shelf position. You select a height and then the selves basically sit wherever they feel like. I intended to buy more and luckily I purchased one only to see how it was. I’m definitely not purchasing more.

For anyone interested this product is made in Taiwan, NOT China. Attention to detail in packaging is impressive. Parts are sealed in individual bags. Nothing rolls around in the carton. Nothing gets scratched. Unfortunately, assembly instructions are minimal at best. I suggest watching the Amazon instructional video first. Pretty simple to put together. Attach coupler bushings to each leg. Make sure each bushing faces up (clearly marked). Slide the shelves over the bushings and push down. They seal tight. Repeat for each shelf. Work your way to the top. The manufacturer supplied one extra coupler bushing which is commendable. I had this thing set up in under 15 minutes. No tools required. Sturdy and good quality. Again, watch the video first. It'll save you a lot of time.
