In general this back brace is better than the cheaper options on offer. It did however, come with two main issues for me.1st issue was it’s quite fiddly to put on at first, I did develop a method in how to avoid the twisted braces or the loose Velcro hold. Now I can wear it with ease.2nd issue, is in hot weather I found it extremely sweaty, it’s as if I was wearing a jumper underneath my t-shirt. So I stopped wearing it when it’s really hot. All in all, I am glad I got it, but I hope they can find a way to make product of a lighter and more breathable material.

My dad's in his 80's - starting to learn forward more and more.This backstrap looked ideal and was to help when he's out and about.However, he lives on his own and trying to tie it on by himself doesn't work.It's Velcro sticks where it touches, so when you set it up prep'd ready to put on your shoulder like a rucksack, the velcro straps stick behind him and he can't manage to pull the straps through the back loop.We've since bought a more 'Cumber band' style which is easier to affix.So, if you're on your own, please consider this point. If someone's there to help, it's no problem.

I got this 3 days a go and I was using it for running and the 2 matle plates starting coming out and I had to keep pushing them up every 10 minutes.I think the straps are good for my poster but not strong made.

Bought for my son was so effective that I got one for myself. Immediate pain relief. Good fabric and also looks good!

Doesn’t do anything it says sits terribly on your shoulders looks the part but nothing else.
