I have been using this exact bag since November of 2023 and I really liked it, but it had a fatal flaw. The zipper. I just saw another video here where the zipper failed in the same place mine did, on the side. The zipper on this is pretty heavy duty, but not quite heavy enough for what I had in mine, which to be fair was quite a bit. This failure was upsetting so I reached out to customer support. They actually offered to have my bag repaired (in China) and they would pay for return shipping, or give me a partial refund up front now. They answered me very quick and honestly after almost 2 years, for them to even consider any kind pf resolution was shocking. So, for that alone they get 5 stars from me. Don't over stuff your bag, for $80, 2 years later and great customer service....how can you go wrong? This is stellar service in my opinion, and darn great business ethic. I just bought a new bag from them (a bigger one).

This tool bag backpack has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of gear. The quality is top-notch—the material is tough, the zippers are heavy-duty, and it holds up great even with a full load of tools. The layout is really well thought out, with plenty of pockets and compartments to keep everything organized and easy to find. The padded shoulder straps and back support make it super comfortable to carry, even when it’s packed with heavy tools. SOLID backpack with lots of room. The center insert could have used pockets that stretch (slightly) but still of very good quality. Mine is filled with ratchets, extensions, hammers, pry bars, etc. The zipper is solid built as well, each pockets staying firmly closed.

Pros: ✅ Lots of Storage – With 75 pockets and loops, this backpack offers plenty of space for organizing all my tools. Even though I don’t use all the pockets, I can fit a lot of essentials in there. ✅ Heavy-Duty Construction – The material feels durable and the bag is built to handle the wear and tear of daily use in construction or HVAC work. It’s definitely sturdy enough to carry my tools without worrying about tearing or breaking. ✅ Comfortable to Carry – The backpack design makes it easy to carry, even when the bag is packed with tools. The padded straps provide extra comfort for long days on the job. ✅ Great for Organization – I appreciate the variety of pocket sizes that help me keep my tools organized and easily accessible. It’s easy to grab what I need without having to dig through a messy bag. Cons: ⚠ Not All Pockets Can Be Used – Due to the size of some of my tools, I couldn’t make use of all 75 pockets. While this isn’t a huge issue, it’s something to keep in mind if you have larger tools. ⚠ Bulkier for Smaller Jobs – When not fully packed, the backpack can feel a bit bulky compared to a traditional tool bag. It’s great for heavy-duty use, but might not be ideal for quick, light tasks. The Tool Bag Backpack is an excellent choice for anyone who needs a heavy-duty, well-organized tool carrier for construction or HVAC work. While not every pocket is usable for larger tools, it still provides great organization and durability for my everyday needs.

I’ve worked as a service electrician for 12 years. I’ve had roughly 8 similar tool backpacks and this is the best one ive ever owned. Looks great, comfortable, durable, perfect size, plenty of storage.

if i could give it no stats i would. the material is nice, but the stitching sucks. three months into having the bag, the stitching along the zipper busted on the side so there's a big hole in the side of bag that tools can fall out. within the first month the zipper handle broke off, and two month after that the zipper broke entirely. the worst part about it is i've tried contacting them ever since the bag started ripping and they ignore you. terrible customer support . if you're going to spend the 100 bucks you might as well spend the extra 25-30 dollars and get you a milwaukee bag or klein bag or some other nice NAME BRAND BAG. never again will this company get my money , save yourself the headache and avoid this bag.

Bought it for my husband for work and he loves it
