Great item works well

I purchased this for my Nan And Grandad.They don’t always lock the front door and people would just come in and they would not hear them. So I purchased this so that the doorbell rang when someone walked through the front door. It works perfectly.They even want to get one for the garage, highly recommended.It’s great to know that no one can sneak into their house without them knowing.Highly recommended but of kit.

I got this bit of kit for a bit of security on my shed and it works pretty well, It is powered by AAA and AA batteries that are not included which for the price should be really, It is easy to setup and the PIR sensor picks up really well from a good distance with a pretty loud siren, Would be nice to see them include the batteries or reduce the price a little.

This motion sensor alarm set comes with instructions and mounting equipment. Both the sensor unit and the receiver take batteries (one takes AAA and the other AA) but none are included. Each also has a micro-USB port which is good as I much prefer using USB power rather than batteries. In some locations cables won't be practical so it's useful to have the choice.The receiver can be set to a hello welcome message (there are a couple of languages) or doorbell/music - there are 36 of those to choose from. Alternatively you can have an alarm, either silent with just a flashing light or non-silent. The alarm at maximum volume is very loud so take care when setting it. There are lower volume settings thankfully.Build quality appears to be very good and the instructions are just about clear enough for setting up a single sensor - the receiver does support several but the instructions are not clear on how to pair additional sensors.At home the sensor can be used as a doorbell, alarm or just a light. The sensor has pretty good range, so I'm using it to alert me to movement in the house after dark, I already have one similar sensor so this one is providing additional coverage.Overall I'm very happy with this motion sensor alarm. It doesn't rely on wi-fi and works very well. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer.

Great product.The build quality of these Wireless PIR Motion sensor detectors are very good.The sensors are very sensitive and have a good range on them.It is a shame that the manufacturer neglected to put batteries in it the pack.So that is why I think the price is a bit high but it is a great product.

Wireless pir motion sensor and chime============================You get two sensors and one receiver. There’s a lot of plastic - the stands, attachments etc all plastic, but the sensors are very light so you should be able to either use the provided screws or the double sided tape to put them up (both provided). They are not waterproof, so it is indoor only or areas that are protected from the environment. The sensors seem to have a long range and are powered by batteries (not included). The saving grace is that they can also be powered via usb/mains, however no cable is included. Unfortunately they use the old micro usb type - I had to really dig around for a cable. Using the default message, it chimes and says “Welcome” in a distinctly Chinese accent. To add comedy to the situation the button they call “Songs” loop through various messages which sound like either mandarin or japanese. Luckily you can also loop through other options including a more conservative ding dong as well as flashing light only and a surprisingly loud alarm. The button to cycle through the options is sometimes hit and miss - sometimes pressing it seems to cycle it to the next option, other times you have to hit it multiple times. Easy to set up.Pretty sensitive, and responsive upon motion detection.Good for household indoor use.You can have it to monitor your pet - chime in the morning, and alarm at night - to monitor your front door or back.The alarm could be quite loud and last for about 30sec.Would be nice if we can set the timing or a timer.Reasonable at £21 and inline with similar products.
