Good quality. It is very convenient to connect a monitor, keyboard, mouse, external drive to my laptop or mobile phone with one cable. (You need USB from your device to support monitor connection).

Its doing the job, but it heats up when we connect power source.

Gets really hot when using for extensive period. And at times connected devices stop responding. So you have to remove and plug again.

I was specifically looking for a small USB-C hub supporting 2.5Gbps Ethernet. There just aren't that many out there yet. Tons with 1Gbps support, but I didn't want to invest in "old tech" if I could avoid it. If the price to get 2.5Gbps support were significantly higher (like it still is for routers, unfortunately), I probably would have just settled for a 1Gbps one, but with the reasonable price of this hub, luckily, I don't have to.Aside from the 2.5Gbps Ethernet support, I also wanted USB-C power pass-through (the main reason why I stopped looking at Ethernet-only adapters; didn't want to "lose" one of my two USB ports), HDMI, at least one additional USB-C port and also at least one USB-A port for those times it still happens to come in handy. SD card support would have been a nice bonus, but you won't get that here. Not a big deal to me, as I'd prefer an SD card adapter to be something I can stick in my pocket anyway, rather than being tied to a full hub. Of course, for the many people out there who use SD card readers on a daily basis, you might not be so willing to sacrifice the support here.I knew I ultimately wanted two hubs like this one, but was hesitant to get two upfront considering there were 0 reviews or even ratings on it so far. So I started by ordering just one, to try out on my M1 MacBook Air. After verifying it did everything I needed it to do, I then hooked it up to my iPad mini 6 to see if I should pick up another one of these to use with that. Also worked perfectly with the mini, so I came back the same day I received the first hub and ordered another.The one thing I kind of wish were different with this hub is that the permanently attached USB-C cable is definitely a bit shorter than I'd prefer. However, it's still long enough to make it work, and I also get that you wouldn't want a fixed cable on something meant to be portable like this to be a lot longer than needed; especially one that's as stiff as this one. OK, so that's one more minor nit; I wish the cable were more pliable so that it would just easily conform to whatever space you had to work with. Considering how well it does what I really need it to do, though, and in a sturdy, attractive enclosure (no cheap plastic case on this one!), I don't feel it would be right to dock it a star for not having a longer or more pliable cable on it.These two hubs were my introduction to Orico. Hadn't even heard the name before I bought these, but I saw that their other products seemed to generally be rated well on Amazon and elsewhere. And based on what I've seen with these hubs, I'll definitely keep them in mind in the future!

HDMI and VGA ports are not working. I tried to connect the laptop directly through inbuilt ports with secondary display and it worked but through this docking adaptor it is not working. Please connect with me asap, if you can guide of the same. Else please replace or refund the payment.
