This is good stuff that seems to help me control my blood sugar.

I saw somewhere that it can be used for dark circles under eye and purchased this. I mixed a spoon of this powder in water and used under eyes and my dark circles were 75% gone after first use. I also tried using as a face mask and it made my face brighter and my pores smaller. I mix quarter spoon of this with warm water and a spoon of lemon juice every morning and drink in empty stomach and it calms my acidity and heart burn. But it tastes awful.

If you want to nourishment and grow for your hair, this is a great product

I bought this for dyeing fabrics. MB Harbals product is grounded finely and dissolved easily in the water. I needed less than recommended amount to achieve beautiful warm yellow with cotton fabric and darker brownish yellow with silk fabrics. It is a very good quality haritaki/miryobalan and a reasonable price.

I heard about this product and thought I would give it a try! Its pretty gross but if you can get past the taste the benefits are amazing! Just a fair warning it will clean you right out!
