I purchased other products from the supplier, but some of the products are under standard. This purchased item is not manufactured correctly, and there is rough pieces of plastic on the inside that would show up in your cheese press.

So this product was titled as a kit but it is far from a kit. It is literally the mold. Doesn’t have a press, instructions, cheesecloth, or even a recipe with it. This was a little disappointing and you didn’t know for sure before getting it because under “what comes in the box” in the description it plainly says “no”. So wasn’t sure what that meant lol. However the mold itself seems very sturdy and like it should hold up to use over the years. The bright color makes it easy to spot in the mass of supplies I have to make cheese lol. Super easy to wash too. I also enjoy that this mold holds enough to make big blocks of cheese for our personal use (most of my molds are smaller for gifting).
