The MCO_TPS412 is a glass-surface wireless actuator able to switch two separate loads up to 1100 W. Beside local switching the device can be used to control two groups of directly associated devices or scenes stored in the central controller. A blue LED on every button indicates the switching status. The installation of the device requires a 3 wire system with neutral wire.

Great product, but pricey!
This is a very high quality product. It feels very solid and looks great. Buttons have a very faint orange glow when off which make them easy to find in the dark, but not too bright that it would keep you up at night. I've kitted out my entire house with the S411 (one button) and this model S412 (two button) models and I would never go back to normal switches.I use them with SmartThings as the Z-Wave controller. There is no SmartThings provided device type (the default "multi-channel" device will only let you use the first button). You will have to use a community written device handler...Recently I've seen a couple of competing products that are much cheaper (see Neo Coolcam Switch on Amazon), but I don't want to mix various switch brands in my house so I haven't tried them.Note: you may see another MCO 2 button switch on Amazon... don't buy it by mistake. The button layout is horizontal instead of vertical. That model is the S312 switch, while this one is the S412 switch. I believe the S312 switch is the older model while this S412 is the new model. I bought one S312 by mistake and had problems fitting it in the cage as the electronics bit in the back is bigger.
