These pistachio nuts are as fresh as anything you get in a bag, tasty with a great texture to nibble on. I'm impressed with the quality of them and have added them to cereals, salads, ice cream, and eaten them with a load of other nuts as a snack. I love pistachios and not having to shell them is a great bonus; at the price, they are good value for money if you work out the weight of the shells you would be throwing away on the not shelled bags.

I purchased these pistachios for the sole intent of making some marzipan. ( for this purpose only excellent quality nuts will do the job as you don’t want to be adding green food colouring to the end result ) . After blanching and peeling each nut they have retained their colour and flavour, which is not always the case with some that I have used in the past. For baking purposes these are excellent, even better for just eating raw. They are excellent value for money and definitely the easiest pistachios I’ve had to peel and possibly the most aromatic pistachios I have ever encountered. Highly recommended.

This is an amended review: my first delivery was not great to say the least. There was an odd smell coming from the bag, the expiration date was faint and the pistachios had a strange aftertaste. I left a review accordingly. Then the seller reacted straight away, contacted me and offered to send me another batch. I am pleased to report that the second batch was much nicer and more in line with my expectations! Good fresh pistachios and great customer service from a company who obviously cares :-)

These shelled nuts are so handy as ingredients for tagines, stuffed leaves and other Mediterranean and Middle East dishes. They are more flavourful than other brands, and keep well in the sachet they are supplied in.

These were crunchy and very flavoursome great for the purpose of making rose and pistachio cake. I also added to yogurt and my bran flake breakfast mix. Quick delivery and fair price.

Updated & reduced from 5 to 3 stars due to finding a massive stone - when i crunched on it with my teeth - thankfully no damage but at this price the quality control needs to be spot on - and it wasn't a small stone - see the picture. Original review - I had been buying another brand on Amazon in 1 kg size bags but after wildly changeable pricing i decided to try this larger size at £32.95 which worked out as the cheapest bulk price i could find. They come in basic packaging so you'll do well to transfer them to a seal-able container but they taste great are whole, as described and I will be buying again.

One of the things I thought I should review...very good i used for desert and they are as good as described..I will reorder
