For wireless control of lighting it is possible to pay a great deal of money. Philips Hue and Lutron, for example but this Thinkbee wireless (RF, not Bluetooth, note) switch and receiver is inexpensive, compact and reliable. I have been using these products for several years now with no problem. Best installed inside some kind of junction box. Remember that this requires a permanent live feed to the receiver so the original, wired, switch should be bypassed.

Great device. Easy to install - I use it to control a light down the end of my garden.The supplied transmitting switch was faulty on arrival but the sellers were very helpful via their support e-mail and they quickly supplied a replacement, so no complaints.

Excellent product and so easy to install. I was looking for a 2 gang double switching device when I came across this. I’ve installed many Quinetic systems before, but now prefers Thinkbee.
